The entire world is dealing with this deadly coronavirus and there is no end. The Covid-19 3rd wave has started, and countries in Europe, Asia and south America are seeing a huge spike, this is basically because of the new variant Omicron which is highly contagious and transmissible.
The United State is seeing more than half a million of cases in a single day, and it might reach to 1 million in coming days and weeks.
Though, there is no cure for covid infection, there are many people who are not taking any medication but then also coming out as covid –ve after 15 days. Let us see how you can make home medicine that can cure Covid 19 infection. This is tested on few people including some of my family members.
Before, we go to the treatment let us see what you should do if you think you have Covid Symptoms. What are the major covid symptoms, below symptoms are similar to Flu and in many cases you might be wrong stating that it is Covid symptoms.
No sense of taste and smell
A person who is infected with Covid 19 Omicron Variant may also have above mentioned symptoms, but it can be mild symptoms. So, if you think you are experiencing flu like symptoms within your body and if these symptoms persist for more than 2-3 days, you can suspect that you may be infected with coronavirus. The first thing you should do;
There are two ways how you can cure Covid 19 infection.
- Take steam regularly.
- Make your own Covid medicine with herbs.
Take Steam regularly
Inhaling steam is a very old remedy for people suffering from cold, cough and sinus issues. Our ancestors have been using this home remedy to cure upper respiratory problems. This remedy is very effective in curing persons having Covid 19 symptoms. Countries like India and China have already initiated mass steaming events in the past and have seen good results.
Many health experts and even WHO doctors state that curing from Covid 19 through steam inhalation is just a myth. But if you see practically and take a feedback from a person who was cured from Covid 19 by just taking steam inhalation. I can give an example of at least 7-10 cases from my neighborhood that have used and tested this remedy. Keep doing it for continuous 4-5 days twice in a day, and see the results. I am 100% sure 95% of people will get cured.
But, do take precautionary measures while taking steam.
Make your own home Syrup
Making your own home syrup is similar to making a home cough and cold syrup. But, if you are making your own covid 19 syrup then you need to add some herbs and spices in it. Let us see what are the ingredients used in making the covid home syrup. In India, this syrup is widely used and is named as kadha, it is also termed as a immunity booster syrup. It can take 10-15 mins to prepare this syrup, the syrup can last for days and weeks.
For making this kadha or covid syrup, you will require Basil leaves, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, mint leaves, honey and lemon. Let us see the uses of each of these ingredients in detail.
Basil leaves – Study shows that basil leave acts as a decongestant, it is very useful in resolving upper respiratory problems. It may also help in reducing cough, cold, allergies related to cold and other lungs and respiratory diseases. It also boosts the immunity power of a human body. The juices extracted from the basil leaves and effective in bringing down the fever.
Cinnamon – Cinnamon is an important herb in liquefying and softening the Mucus present in nose and lungs. It exhibits ant tubercular activity which is very useful during cough, cold and asthma, headache and tuberculosis. Cinnamon when mixed with ginger and honey can be a good to get relief from congestion and sore throat.
Black Pepper – Black pepper is antibacterial and antibiotic in nature, due to the presence of immunity-boosting Vitamin C in it. This spice is mainly taken with honey or mixed with tea to soothe cold and cough symptoms.
Ginger – Ginger contains compounds called gingerols and shogaols. Medical experts believe that these compounds give ginger its medicinal properties. Ginger also displays antibacterial and antiviral properties and it is very effective against fever, cold and cough. Ginger also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Mint leaves – Mint acts as an expectorant and helps in the expulsion of phlegm, allowing the patient recover faster. Its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties help relieve inflammation along the respiratory tract. Mint leaves are loaded with anti-oxidants and phytonutrients which provide relief to the stomach muscles and help in digestion.
Honey – Honey has antibacterial properties that help to throw the harmful cough-causing bacteria out of the body. It is a powerhouse of vital nutrients such as potassium, calcium, manganese, phosphorus, and copper. For healthy functioning, the body needs these minerals. Also, the existence of these nutrients in honey helps to stay fit and healthy. Out of the vast set of benefits that these nutrients provide are the antioxidants that help in getting rid of the harmful free radicals from the body. One of the beneficial properties that high-quality honey contains is that it has very low water content, and hence easily attracts the surrounding tissues to use water.
Lemon – Lemon is a house of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is very beneficial for curing upper respiratory tract infections and to boost one’s immunity.
All the above ingredients which includes, herbs, spices and roots are very helpful in reducing and curing flu like virus. Now, how to make this homemade syrup which can cure Covid 19.
Take a utensil and add all the above 7 ingredients (7-8 basil leaves, 1 small piece of cinnamon, 4-5 black peppercorns , 50 gm of ginger, 4-5 mint leaves, 4 tablespoon of honey and 1 lemon extract ) and add water, boil the water for at least 15 – 20 mins, till the color of the solution becomes little brown and black. If you are using 3 cups of water, stop boiling the solution till only 2 cups of water is left over in the utensils. You will notice the change in the color; also the solution will become thick and sticky. That’s it the Covid 19 syrup is ready.
Now take at least 2 tablespoon of this syrup thrice in a day. Once after morning breakfast, after lunch and after dinner.
