1. Vegetable Raita Add chopped veggies like onion, tomato, cucumber, mint leaves, green chili, and salt.  Mix these veggies with yogurt.

2. Boondi Raita Soak Boondi for a few minutes, and add soaked Boondi into yogurt along with a pinch of salt, pepper, and roasted cumin powder.

3. Beetroot Raita Add finely chopped beetroot with yogurt.  Add a tadka of curry leaves, oil, and black mustard seeds into it.
