Indian Wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant was traveling from Delhi to Dehradun. Rishabh was driving his Mercedes car, he met with an accident in Roorkee which is in Uttarakhand State.
He has received multiple injuries on his head, knee, leg, and many body parts. As per doctors’ latest reports, he could have fractured his leg, at present, he is being moved to Max hospital in Dehradun.

Rishabh Burnt car photos are also getting circulated on social media Twitter and Instagram. The impact of the accident was such that the car caught fire in a minute and in a few minutes the entire car was burnt into ashes. However, Pant was able to move out of the car within seconds, thanks to his quick reaction. If pant would have been unconscious in the car, the injuries would have been very severe.
As per the media reports, Rishabh Pat was alone in his car when he met with the accident.
Pant in his statement stated that he was feeling very sleepy, and he dozed off resulting in the accident. It is also not sure whether the car was a Mercedes or a BMW, some media reported that it was a Mercedes, and some of them reported that it was BMW.
Complete expenses of the hospital will be incurred by the Government of Uttrakhand, said Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand.
In Rishabh Pant’s injury, he sustained severe fractures on his leg and multiple bruises on his body. He has also suffered two cuts just above his left eye, and a ligament tear on his knee.
Seeing his injuries and recovery, he might not be included in the Men’s ODI World Cup 2023, which is just months away. There are other probable like Dinesh Karthik, KL Rahul, Sanju Samson, and Ishan Kishan.
